Boys of Summer Athletic Club, Inc., a.k.a. the Boys of Summer, was established in 1989 and is one of the premier amateur baseball organizations in Ohio. A non-profit corporation, the Boys field teams from ages 11 thru 18. Troy was a 3 year letter winner in Baseball at Kenmore High School. He played baseball for 14 years, including Kenmore Youth Baseball, Boys of Summer and Kenmore High School where he received First Team All City and Second Team All County his senior year.  He also received Second Team All City his junior year. Troy was a camp counsellor at USA Baseball Academies in Simsbury, CT for 2 years and played 2 years at Potomac State College where he played in the Junior College World Series 1993.  Troy graduated from the University Of Akron with a B.S. in Elementary Education.
